Ok u gotta email them and say ok, i emailed (some large number of times, like 15) and i got no response! here is my contacts : (your name first&last) (your phone, cell works better) Please contact me &stuff! then u get response email blahblah blah( You MUST use the email u were registerd with, otherwise it will not work) Then tell them member ship stuff, if they approve they tell u y u were banned then they say, we would like to give you(or ur daughter,son) another chance on clubpenguin, then they remove the ban and change ur pass and u r unbanned! ( This worked for me. it works 99.9% of the time. But there still is a chance it will not work! This is how i got my older favorite penguin unbanned. ) Jane/ sandy wutever u wanna call me now
